I’ve already mention about being focus on what I’m doing now exactly in this moment ,about what means living here and now and in the same time the book “Power of now” is one of the most important books I‘ve read recently.
Initially I was asking me if this book “The power of now” could bring into me something different that was before and I’ve found there really easy aspects about life like living the moment of now.We are to preoccupied about what we did in the past ,how we were in those moments or we think about the future and what we will do to achieve something and the present is lost in many situations.
This is the world were we are living and dealing with life aspects is important but living the present is a really powerfull excercises.Just observe where is your mind when you are reading this lines and see if you are present.
Using the power of now in personal development is really important because when you are able to control your inner voice living now and here and appreciating what you have in your life you are learning in a truly way how to be happy and a inner peace is all around you.
All the pressure to achieve different goals disappeared slowly after understanding better what means “The power of now” and I’ve learned as well:
– to ask myself more often how do I feel in this moment,what are my emotions and feelings;
– to observe when my mind is making different plans;
– to observe when I feel the pain in me ;
– to be focus on everything is around me and to be carefull how do I feel in that moment.
I have to admit that this was really easy to introduce into my life,for me is reality and you could start to use the power of now in this moment and reading the book might be usefull to decide if you need this tool.
