I will start to say that when you know truly who you are, you have a big option for having a better life.You know so many things about yourself like:
· Natural talents
· Qualities
· Skills gained during your life
· Strings and weakness
· Lessons lerned from your experiences.
All of this make you the person who you are today and I truly belive in this expressions:
1. “People make the best choices at a time” – depending on what informations and experiences they have in that moment.
2. “We have all the resources to be succesfull” – today more than ever we could enjoy the benefits of our modern world, we have access to information which are just a click away to find out absolutely everything that interests us:
– How to fix a broken electric device?
– How to cook?
– How to have a healthy lifestyle?
– How to have a social circle?
– How to make money?
All this questions and many other have at least one answer offered by someone who had that issues and he found a solution to solve them and now he shares with us all of them,they may work for us or not but we have to respect the person who gave us the solution without asking him to give us any guarantee.
“Knowing who you are” I have to admit that is a long process and sometimes it takes a lot to realize what is your personality and what is your way in life.
For me this jorney of finding who I am started last year and I’m still learning new things about me every day and this thing is making me to wake up with more enthusiasm and joy ,to be positive,to start taking action now and assuming the responsibility today for my life and in the same time “living now and here” ,being curious about everything is coming into my way.
Here are some practical questions to solve a part of this mistery of knowing who you are exactly in this moment.
So when you find a moment when you are not so tired ,I suggest in the morning when you are alone and is quiet around you,close all the tentations life facebook ,skype,mail ,take a piece of paper and a pen and answer to this next questions honestly:
1. What are really my strengths (in terms of psychological, financial, professional and social)???
2. What do you think you could improve on the above points at, what you have to work(in terms of psychological, financial, professional and social)???
3. What is important for you in this life and what are your most urgent priorities?
I’m sure you’ve taken enough time to think, you was honest with yourself and now you know who you are in this moment,what you could improve and what are your priorities for your life and by doing this you’ve made a big step for a succesfull life.There are many personality test on the internet and feel free to test each one is the best for you.I’m a big fan of the MBTI http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp ,but about this I will come with other post so be ready.
I hope I was a little bit succesfull in helping you to find out who you are in reality and feel free to give me tips with what you did when you discoverd yourself:).
