I was planning to wite this post yesterday but I was so tired that I went to bed  and fall asleep instantly  but it was in my head all this time.

Yesterday I was witness  what means the power of  now and I was not part of that now,I was just the observartor ,the person near by.Everybody should be curious about what is happening around us because this thing is seen daily in our life maybe even in more difficult conditions that what I’ve seen  but we simply don’t care or we see what is there  in that moment and in the next moment  we just find another  job to to without learning any lessons for our future life.

  So what I saw  it was really incredible for me…..one if my colleagues started to feel really bad during her work in a really busy day  ,she had the “ women  problems”  but in a very paintfull way ,I was looking at her body  reactions ,which were anormal and strange in the same time.Obviously we all encourage her to go home to rest  but we were not able to convince her ( PS :she’s having a higher position then us ) and she continued with the regular tasks even her pains were very strong.( her  face was all the time showing how  she was suffering ) The interesting part is that she was so focus on what she was doing ,busy morning  yesterday ,that she finished her shift.All her thoughts suddenly disappeared and she was doing a very good job considering the situation.She had such a big devotation for what she was doing and moved all her attention.

  Only a women is  able  to speak more and better about this pains ,about their period and for each of them is something different  but beside all this manifestations  I noticed how important it’s to be  anchored in the present ,to be now and here exactly in this moment and being focus only on what I’m  doing then and  along is coming as well the joy of savouring that special time.

So present prepare yourself because I’m here with you :D.
