In my last articol  http://myperfectevolution.com/index.php/my-evolution/mother-nature-a-real-help-in-modern-life  I was speaking about how could mother nature help us in our life and today I was wondering if the fear could be as well a extra bonus in our evolution.

So what is this  famous fear??

       I consider that fear can be caused by many things and for each of us is having a different meaning and importance .Even if  it’s hard to admit we are all having at least one fear which is following us in this life.This fear might be a very powerfull one and it’s controlling us or is with us all the time since we are born like fear of being washed,fear of dark…… and as well hibernating and waiting the right moment to come out. How a person can be aware that she or he is afraid of  speaking in public if he had never been in a similar situation.

     Some of the fears come during our childhood ,we just copy this sensations from our society,from our social group,from our parents.My mother was many years afraid of water and she still is even we had encourage her to go in the water and she unconsciously send it  for a period  to me despite nowdays I’m usually going to swin in deep water without thinking about this somehow is still there in my mind ,obviously something genetic.Also now when I’m writing this articol I’ve realized as well from were do I have a small insecurity when I was driving at my beginning in this area:D.This insecurity has disappeared after some years of constant practice ,of constant driving and all this time I was getting more confidence to accept my fear and to move forward.

      I am still looking which fears do I still have.I’ve found during this years  the fear of rejection by opposite sex ,the fear of not being accepted by the people near by, the fear of speaking in front of the people I don’t know, the fear to be alone in  a room in the night time,the fear of being judged for what I’m doing.I will write in the future a post how I overcome each of this fears.

To overcome this fears I started with accepting them,I accepted who I am  and understand that this is my way,that I’m vulnerable  and in the same time  I’m sure that even I will try many methods to get rid of them  this fears finally will be still in the same place and maybe stronger then before.I was interested always in the logical part of life and recently I decided to change the plan to follow as well some ilogic things.Today  if  I look back I realized that with some constant practice  and with some exercise  my fears stop controlling me,I’m the one who is keeping a strict observation on them,I was able to but them in a box which is all the time with me.

In my view the steps to overcome your fear are:

 STEP 1  – The identification of your own fears – go alone  in a quiet place ,better if it’s in the nature and start to think about what are your most important fears ,how them influence you in you life and make a list with them.

STEP 2  –  Go and inform yourself  more about this fears- nowdays many details could be found around us internet,books  – specialized help particularly recommended 😉

STEP 3  – Accepting all this emotions as a real help in your evolution and living your life with confidence and without thinking to much about them

Fear is a protection mechanism which is coming in our help when we are in big danger.

So accept your fear and do it anyway !!!
