
Happiness is something very hard to be define ,each person is having a different view about how to be happy and in the same time how to spread this positive feeling ,so living now and here could be a solution?
During my life I was all the time fighting with my mind ,my thoughts ,the biggest opponent from this world , a part of it was connected to the past ,about the things I’ve done ,I was blaiming myself for the things I did – I was to exagerated,I was to ironic and the list could go on with so many examples.Also I was angry for the things I never did- my mind was telling me ” If I was studing more today I might be a succesful person “,” If I was having that job I might have nice friends” and all this concerns start with ” If I ……”
The second part is that all the time I was having so many dreams ,so many plans,I was thinking how I will do great things,i will make a lot of money ,i will have an amazing life but most of this thoughts were not materialized in my real life.
We all have this to parts in as, first one is thinking about the past ,living with some memories which can’t be changed as much as we want sometimes and the other one is thinking about the future and what this could bring for as.Some of the people have the first part more developed – living in the past and the “Dreamers” who are making many plans but they don’t use those in real life.
I’ve decided to chose the time when I’m living and that is the ” Present” – now and here .I’m ready to enjoy the present with confidence,courage,enthusiasm and a big smile on my face.I will learn from all my experiences even if they are good ore bad an I move forward to a great life.
We are the sum total of our daily habits! So we have to understand this as soon as possible, to live the present how it is.For this are 3 necessary conditions:
1.Accept your past with everyting what it was in it;
2.Love what you have now in real life;
3.Inner peace – living the present with serenity, simplicity, sincerity and joy.

It is indeed so dificult to define or explain what happiness is. No amount of words can explain what it is. My simple, short “definition” of what happiness is SIMPLY TO DETACHED ONESELF EMOTIONALLY FROM ANYTHING AND ANYONE.
