What is this eye contact about which so many people are speaking today,why is it so important for our life,in our personal development and how could we increase it.

    Eye contact is one of the most important communication tools that we have but somehow because of a lack of confidence and associated with a big amount of distraction this function of observing  all the things around us is less with each day of our life.

    The reason way eye contact is important in our life is because it shows that you are  a strong and confident person,capable of great things and with a great potential and you leave back all the insecurities and the impression that  you are judged by others.

    If you look carefull around you and you ask your friends you will notice that the fear of being judged by others is very present in our society and when you start to increase your eye contact you will see a different reality.

      Long time ago I was so shy that I was avoiding ofen the eye contact especially when I was seeing a beautifull woman  and I was doing that without realizing until a good friend from which I’ve learned many lessons and he incouraged me to increase my confidence and he gave me a excercices :

In the first day – to go on the street and to start looking the eye contact of others ;

Second day – to notice when somebody else responds to your eye contact;

Third day – to use a perfect smile when somebody synchronize his eyes with you;

In the fourth day to combine the eye contact ,with a perfect smile and when somebody responds to this to say in your mind that “I’m the best person from the world.

      After a while of feeling a resistence  because you are leaving  your confort zone you start to be more present here and now,to notice different reactions ,and in the same time to feel a great inner peace.

     You have this power,it was always with us and somehow we forgot about it so starting to increase your eye contact.
