The biggest enemy in our life – our mind !!

 My personal goal is to  work every day in developping my life with everything what is included in it.

       Many  years I didn’t write down  any plans for  my personal  evolution,I was like a butterfly who is flying from a flower to the next one and never look back  and beside I was expecting all the time a miracol to happen or that somebody will come and do all the hard job for me which in this life very rarely we could see.I have to add that recenty I started to make plans ,to use an agenda ( personal organizer ) to keep a better  evidence of what I’m doing daily for my devellop.

      Despite I’m using with some succes my daily routine I discoverd that my biggest enemy is “Me”,my own mind which is  full of thoughts who is telling me different reasons to do only other things then the necessary one,and I can write here thousands of examples like : “Don’t go today to the gym tomorrow is better”;” Don’t meet your friends today ,next week is a good time” but I’m sure all off us have this bad thoughts during our life.We are born with them and die also with them and during this is a daily fight with our mind,to find a way to control it.There are some moments when we truly find a way to keep our thoughts under control but as soon as we take a small break they come back even more then before.

        I noticed as well then when I’m improving myself every day my mind is becoming powerfull in the same time and the first thing I want to do is to accept it as a part of me which is helping me in my way to become an example.My mind is like a guide who today is going in the right way and tomorrow is lost in this big world of ideas.I didn’t discoverd yet the perfect map for me but I’m sure accepting my dual part ,living in the present and doing with my mind what I’m really doing in that moment,listening more of my heart finally  will put me more close to my supreme goals.

    What I introduced in my life to help me to improve myself :

– Meditation -every day 10 -15 minutes I do some exercises ;

– Making sport – going to the gym and for 1 hour I’m focus there;

– Education – studying other succesfull persons;

– Giving me many breaks, time for relaxation,time for sleep and time to do what I like.

    This is my way but I’m sure you are going to find your own direction taking the good things around you,practice them ,see if it’s working for you and go to the next one.Today authenticity is promoted even more,we are all different but  finding the right way in life  is including as well to copy the good things from succesfull persons near us so be relax and copy as much as you can and after you are going to become as well great persons.
